Important notes

• For the processing of medications, pills, syrups, suppositories, medicated gels and similar, it is an essential requirement that you provide us with a medical prescription or epicrisis; Otherwise the permit cannot be processed and claims for packages of this type will not be accepted.
• To process medical equipment, it is a requirement that you provide us with a letter explaining the use of the item, since PROCOMER requests this document for all these cases.
• Chinabox carries out the import permit process for its packages with PROCOMER when the total value of the goods that require the permit does not exceed $500.
• For all permit procedures with a value greater than $500, the importer must go directly to the PROCOMER Single Trade Window to request the import permit.
• Shipping in which one of the products requires a permit and this shipment does not come in separate boxes, the required permit must first be processed, subsequently, the product nationalization process is carried out. If the permit is not approved, ALL of its contents will be abandoned according to the process stipulated by customs.
• The quantity cannot exceed 6 items since otherwise the permit is rejected for commercial quantity.
• If the permit is refused, you will be informed through customer service with the reason for the rejection by PROCOMER.

• IMPORTANT: Chinabox will not be able to accept claims for this type of situations beyond our control, since as a public service assistant you must abide by the regulations stipulated by customs. We apologize for any inconvenience this regulation causes you.

Products that require Import Permits by Various Government Entities

We DO NOT issue the import permit for the following cases: Payment is required for TOBACCO products LAW 9028 (integer that is paid to the government)

• Tobacco in cigarettes.
• Electronic cigarettes with replacement cartridges or essences.
• Tobacco powder to make cigarettes.

We DO NOT process these permits, so it is the client's responsibility to process them *Claims for packages of this type will not be accepted.

Requires import authorization from the Government Ozone Commission. Dependency: Ministry of Environment and Energy.

Chinabox DOES NOT process this permit so it is the customer's responsibility to process it on their own. Claims for packages of this type will not be accepted.

• Refrigerators.
• Air conditioners.

Products that require permission from the Ministry of the Interior and Police.

We DO NOT process these permits, so it is the client's responsibility to process it with a Customs Agency of their choice. Claims for packages of this type will not be accepted.

• CO2 guns and accessories.
• Paintball guns and accessories.
• Flare and smoke signal guns.
• Sharp tools such as crossbows and bows that are not for sports.
• Electroshock weapons and accessories.

Products that require permission from the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock.

We DO NOT process these permits so it is the client's responsibility to process it on their own. Claims for packages of this type will not be accepted.

• Wood.
• Seeds.
• Skins and products of animal origin.
• Plants.
• Veterinary products and accessories.
• Products and accessories for agriculture.
• Products for animal use.
• Dairy products
• Coffee in grain.
• Flour

Used or Damaged Products (Purchased for spare parts).

Any used item requires a permit from the Ministry of Health, which Chinabox DOES NOT PROCESS; Therefore, it is the client's responsibility to process it on their own. Claims for packages of this type will not be accepted.

Used clothes.

For the removal of used clothing, a fumigation procedure must be carried out (DE 17624: Regulation of Epidemiological Surveillance and Control of Communicable Diseases). We do NOT process it and therefore it is the client's responsibility to process it on their own. No claims will be accepted for packages of this type.

Requires personal processing.

• Quantities exceeding 6 items.
• New tires.
• Tattoo making machine.
• Any permit rejected by PROCOMER and sent to the Ministry of Health for approval.
